Four Dwellings Academy held its first reward assemblies of 2013 this week -  recognising the hard work, excellent attitudes to learning and attendance of our pupils. Prizes were awarded to the two pupils with the highest number of behaviour points in each year, along with one pupil from each year selected by the pastoral staff for outstanding  attitude, motivation and effort in lessons. Each curriculum department had also nominated one pupil per Key Stage to receive a special ‘Recognition Certificate’ for improvement or excellence in class work, homework, effort, motivation or extra-curricular work.

Finally, rewards for the best attending tutor group in each year were presented and one pupil with 100% attendance was drawn from a hat – winning a box of chocolates!
These reward assemblies now occur every three weeks and are presented by members of the Senior Management Team is morning assembly.
